[Misc] scan to ftp setting up but names went mia when i went to scanning functions.

I was testing if Ricoh MP 5054 would able to do smb scan to windows 10. But I the connections keeps failing. Instead I switched to ftp scan and test the connection was successful. So I was planning to do a test scan a piece of paper to the computer. but when I went to the scanner functions the name I set for scan to ftp went MIA. If i set back to scan to folder. the names will appear at the scanner functions.

How do I delete this thread? Got it fixed already. Now i can see scan to ftp names when i check the scanner functions,
Just additional settings that needs to be enabled in the individual addressbook > protection > enable user name as destination\ sender.

Don't worry about deleting the thread..it may help somebody else down the track
