    E-44B Fiery connected to Proc5200s

    Hi Guys,

I have a ProC5200s with a E44B Fiery Connected. The fiery keeps locking up, "Loading" on display and fiery icon disappears.

Have carried out all fiery system updates, loaded latest Patches and updated machine firmware to latest levels. ANyone seen or had this before?

    Cheers

You may want to consider re-imaging the Fiery. I have seen this several times with a Fiery.

I would attempt the hard drive first as I have seen these fail. Be sure to have the appropriate Fiery patches loaded as well.

Yes. Any time I have to reload the software I usually change the drive to be safe. It's too much of a pain to load and do all the patches more than once if it craps again.
