I've seen it a lot as well. This is a background code so it is only logged in the service history and never pops up on the display. If the copy quality isn't that great, just chuck the entire PCU assembly and use a all-in-one PCU for a 1027. It lasts longer and the code seems to go away with it as opposed to re-building the drum, etc.
If the copy quality is okay, just let it be until the next PM and then do the above...
The Russian C4's and above do this even with a full replacement PCU installed. It's just a thing these machines do, I wouldn't worry too much about it.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
