Secure Print issue / SteamLine NX v2

Hi community,


I installed StreamLine NX v2 at a customer site and the problem that I have (for the first time for that matter) is that secure printing takes almost a minute to get released. Any other option works very well (Copy, Scan and Direct Print).

What could be the problem?

For information: The customer had "SafeQ" before SLNX and it worked very well and I have three devices at the site (two models), all have the same issue.

Is the firewall on? if yes, the required ports should be allowed within the network. Is the SPM service working fine? Have you checked any hotfixes applicable for the SPM?

The Firewall is off, all the ports should be open then.
I have the last SPM version, no updated version has been published (for v2).

How about the network firewall? Did you try telnet on the ports that were supposed to be opened?
