    Mp2501 sc995-03

    Hi,

    Someone bring me this machine..was working ok but only usb was working not the rj45 port. He took out controler from other machine and put on this one and after that this error came on. He put back the other controler and error still there. I chech serial number and novita was diferent from the bicu and rom so i put all serial like the novita but error still there. Any ideia?

      Sounds like you probably had a simple problem to begin with, and now have possibly made it much more complicated by swapping boards around.
      Most likely, either the Ethernet (RJ45) port was disabled in SP mode, OR "Ieee 802.1x authentication for ethernet" in User tools/ System settings/ interface was activated. It needs to be set to "Inactive". Setting it to "active" will disable ALL usual network communications.

          Hi,

          According to manual that code is with serial... All serial are ok. Nokita, rom and the other one. And says that i must also program the destination code but I cant find on the manual where to program it. I try to check all Over and cant find.

              My point was that the machine didn't have an error message until you started mucking with it,. It just didn't print through the ethernet port, so who knows what you may have done to cause it
