    Help! Stupid question on C3000 before heading to the call

    Need to know location and removal for waste toner bottle. My service manual pdf will not open up and I need to empty one so customer can start operating. THANKS!!!

      It's behind the front cover immediately to the left of tray 1.

      There's a screw holding that cover closed that can be accessed by opening the front door.

      Take the screw out, close the front door, pull out tray 1, and open the toner collection bottle door.
