    Ricoh mp 4002

    I have a machine with code 878-01
    customer is not using a flash drive ricoh manual says replace main
    controller
    anyone have any other solutions?

              or
              take off the HD and format it

                          Disconect the hdd.If the machine works without it (gives a ready condition) (duplex will be missing from the operation panel, as long as some other functions)then replace the hdd.

                                  removed hdd made no diff will not come to ready so do you think
                                  it s the board like manual says?

                                      changed controller board that error is gone but now have 2 new ones
                                      627-00 and 819-00
                                      any ideas ?

                                                  Your profile shows you are from London. There is no shortage of authorized Ricoh techs in London. Call Ricoh and pay to have one come out.
