hi i need help. i have machines here, Aficio 250 with printers. I've been experiencing some trouble.... intermittent black copy with add toner sign. the only remedy i do is just remove the printer and the machine is ok. What seems to be the problem? Are there any settings or adjustments that i should do?

If I remember, the printer interface for this model tended to go bad. At this point there's not much chance of getting a truly new module, so run the poor thing without it. -
Two solutions:Your printer expansion is beginning to make problem,change it.
Poor contact with the PCU charge roller, try to rework the
spring in the copy machine ( stretch it)Comment
