RICOH mpc3504

Hello,

Just received back in stock a RICOH MPC3504 EX from a liquidation customer.
The copier works fine but we aren't able to gain access into the WIM through Administration or Supervisor.

On this model machine SP-5846-46 doesn't show, so no way of deleting the admin/PW.

Any ideas?

SP5-846-046 will only show when in 'Factory SP Mode', and then I am pretty sure you have to enter it directly rather than 'browsing' to it.

Check your PMs.
