    Mp301 admin password changed

i pick up a mp301 yesterday. they have change admin/supervisor information. They have service lock is on. i can get into service mode using the 107 or 143. try web monitor no luck there. Does anybody know how to get around this. I hope didn't just buy a boat anchor. I know can always use for parts.

If admin and supervisor have been changed and you can't access SP modes (SP mode lock on in User Tools or other issue) then a change of NVRAM will be your only recourse.

That is quite common with Ricoh. Until JAVA has finished loading, you can get into User Tool menu but the only thing you can access is Counter. Same with SP mode, you may be able to get to the SP main menu but nothing else. JAVA can take 5 minutes or more to load.
