It works fine with A3 size only problem occurs only on 12x18.
I checked all sensors physically and replace them on doubt.

ok.. let's get back to basics that you haven't mentioned...

            Total Page Count?
            Page Count on PM parts?
What service has been done in the past?
            What have YOU done?
Are the paper trays set correctly"

please give weight in gm spec.. weight #7?

is there an extension pull-out for that tray?
is paper curling .. stopping movement..flipping up hitting the sensor arm?
have you 'cheated' the doors and watched the process?

I checked flag sensor and stacking rollers sensor.

1). When we sent print job of 10 pages of paper size 12"x18" weight 7 paper type coated glossy. [QUOTE]
please give weight in gm spec.. weight #7?
Paper weight of media is about 260gm that's why I set weight 7. I also try it with 100gm on weight 2 or weight 3 in paper settings but results are same everything works perfectly on A3 size or less than A3 size on upto 300gm paper.

2). is there an extension pull-out for that tray?
Yes but it has no sensors or switch, it will pull out for A3 also.

3). is paper curling .. stopping movement..flipping up hitting the sensor arm?
                Nothing happens like this.
