    "Service PCU & belt"
what did you do to 'service' them?

    OEM toner or not?
what do the belt and drums tell you? smudge on them?
PAGE COUNTS total and service parts.

change the transfer belt, the rubber one. i found after changing the cleaning blade that it didnt help changing the blade, but change the transfer belt help quite a bit, the static is stronger, looks like the static is either to strong and repelling excess toner from it.

      good luck

          Transfer Cleaning Unit. P/N - D0896022

You said "Serviced" the Cleaning Unit. Does that mean just "emptied and Vacuumed" or did you replace with new (recommended)??
