Savin 2535 Scanning to PDF (how old is this machine)

How do I scan to PDF? is there any firmware available that I'm missinG?? "Over here..Please Help" C3PO Star Wars

If I remember, they came out around 2001 or so.

You'll need to use at least Scan Router Lite for your scanning.

I ran the scan router lite but it still wont even bring up the option.I dont think this machine is able to run a PDF. I think he needs an upgrade!

The PDF option is within the program. But, is the firmware at its latest version on the machine?

I haven't ran the program in a few years, but if I remember, the option is a bit weird to find.

Use adobe Acrobat professional to scan PDF file..........

1. On the taskbar, click [Start], point to [All Programs], point to [ScanRouter V2], and then click [ScanRouter V2 Administration Utility].
   
2. On the [Server] menu, click [Set Preferences].
   
3. Click the [Default Image Format] tab. Next, click [Multi-page PDF] in the [Black & White] box and the [Grayscale/Color] box, and then click [OK].
