printer preferences couple to the Word document itself.

I have a word document called "Ricoh".
I always print this document in color with magazine function and 50 pieces.
I know you can save this printer preferences in the driver itself, but I think it is more easy to couple this Word document directly with this printer preferences.
    Is this possible?
    Thanks and happy Easter!

Look at "file", "options" (left at the bottom), "advanced", "printing"...
I do not notice the possibility to pre-set the printersettings.
      ???
