Clean all duplex transport rollers.
Make sure your turn guide still has the spring attached and/or isn't broken at the "post" that the solenoid engages.
Also check to make sure your exit unit "Section C" is fully tightened down and that the magnet tabs aren't bent.

That is not a duplex exit jam.

How about providing the jam code that is being displayed. And to save time, we need the numeric code not the letter code.

look like paper being feed into duplex unit but not coming out. see if something has falling into paper path also check sensors in input check to make sure they are working and in output try turning on rollers. I cant remember if it has a motor if so try turning it on off
