My prior Ricoh contacts have moved lately, and I am in need of firmware, engine, copy, scan, Printer and NCU in the SD version, Please.

Sorry guys, I spend most of my days in the field, I try to help when possible but by the time I get to most threads the problem is addressed by those with more knowledge than I.

Before I retired I used to spend about an hour a day before going to work and a couple of hours after work on CTN.
