    Usine mpc6003 toners on a mpc3503?

    hi
I got a call for a mpc3503 needing K and cyan toner and ran out of mpc3503 toners but have a bunch of mpc6003 both K and colors.
I know the engine "drum/dev" are the same so anyone try this?
    thanks

i think toner ends will be difference in them. i look at precision roller doesn't show they can be use for mp C3503. Unless you can see difference and modify end.

Different RFID chips on the toners as well as lower yields 18K vs. 22.5K) ...... might work if you swap the chips. Or just take off the entire bottle end and swap it over. It comes off releasing some black plastic retainer tabs. Try it and get back to us.

The toner formulation should be pretty close but be aware that the formula will be a little different due to machine speed. Faster cpm machines mean the toner formulation is designed to fuse/melt quicker. If you are using faster toner in a slower speed machine (ie 6003 toner in a 3503 machine)---- fixing issues should not be a problem.

The only difference is the quantity of toner, the RFID chip and possibly something on the end cap.
