Ricoh??? Hey, didn't they do a raise freeze here in the USA for the last two years... yeah, I don't think they have or at least here in the south they haven't given raises for the last two years...

Anyway.... average salary depending on where you are is about 30,000 a year for a highly certified tech with about 5+ years of experience.

I think they are doing asset investments with employee raises.. i.e Purchasing IKON, Independent dealers, new laptops and those really ugly cars that the tech now have to drive... yuk
