Ricoh Counter and SMC Reports

Hi all.


Question: Does anyone know if there is an SP to change the default Tray (Which is currently Tray 1) when producing Counter reports and SMC reports.
I have customer who manages to throw their toys out of the cot whenever a tech does a counter page and forgets to take their letterhead out of tray one and place plain paper
in it prior to doing the report.

I was sure i had seen an SP in the early days of the MPC2800 / 4501 / 4502 series, or am i getting to much blood in my alcohol stream !!!!

Good point, but they have to open all 4 cassettes and only leave the side LCT active. I know it's not a hard one, but just thought i would ask just in-case there was a SP.
