SR 3030 jamming

Hi to all,

I have new installed MP4000 with finisher SR3030,The Paper always jam at the entrance of finisher only.

I already update the firmware.

There's a technical bulletin (TB002), that talks about finisher jams with this finisher on the D009 series machines. It advises an update of the finisher firmware to v1.211 or greater.

The newest firmware for that finisher available on the TSC website looks to be v1.211:92 (Z8045552D_RL930085V121192.fwu). I'm not sure where you got the v2.030:16 firmware, but you might want to get the firmware from website and try that.

I'm guessing that the firmware you have is for the B804 finisher, which is the SR3020, and which is also up to v2.330 now.

Give the firmware for the SR3030 from the TSC site a try, and see if that doesn't take care of the problem. I think that's where your troubles lie. The file you download from the link to sr3030_SDCard.zip is not the one you migrated your machine's firmware to.
