Printing on Tabs

Having a hard time figuring out how to setup tabs in word, or any program for that matter so they will print out correctly. Its a ricoh on a MP 9000, any help would be great. I do have the green tab back stop in the tray and have the tray set to tab.

Craeting tabs in word

Open a new blank document in Word. Select Format at the top of the window and select Tabs and use your head for the rest.
