MPC 3500, SC700 - can't find part in catalog

    [Error Code] MPC 3500, SC700 - can't find part in catalog

    Good day!
    Have got that error, but can't locate right part on catalog to replace that cracked gear in feeder drive section. As far as I see it should be right next to gear 17 which is B8021931 (Timing Pulley:T33-Z17). But I don't see it there.

      B8022231 - Shaft (with gears) - Reverse Drive. ?? Is this what you're looking for?

              That's the one in the middle. it moves freely and there is a tiny crack in it.

                  Based on the SC700, Original stopper HP error, what you need is item 15 on the same Parts Catalog page as the part you gave as a reference. Depending on the age of your parts, you may also want to see TSB B802 - 004.

                      Just had conversation with tech support, and they mentioned that B8021931 (Timing Pulley:T33-Z17) - according to discription may have 2 gears on one shaft and that's what I need, but I'll order gears 15,16 and 21 just in case... Sorry that didn't mention it earlier - feeder model is ARDF 3010.

                          That is the correct number. I carry one in Stock, is the same for a few models in that same style feeder. Last one I repaired was a DF 3020 IIRC
