    Resolution problem PRO C900

hello guys,I'm having this problem wtih a PRO C900, you see atached 2 files if you look the imagem, there is a bunch of ldiagonal lines on the left image, makes me remember old printers with low resolutions, this problem happens with any prints, internal, by fiery, test pages, how can I start to debug this problem, this is a used machine we bought.

I put 2 file, one with the problem and other from a working machine PRO C700.

The problem copy is on the right side not the left (at least when I download it). It looks like you described - a copy output from a low resolution printer. Couple of things I would do: (1) Print the configuration page and make sure everything is at default. (2) Do a Memory Clear of all your settings (EXCEPT ENGINE) to get everything back to default. Go from there. I have not touched one of these machines in over a year and I do not miss them!

I have seen similar on B/W Pro 8100se when the development roller needs to be cleaned. If it has set for any length of time I would suggest PM on all PCDU.

That is a good point slimslob makes. You didn't mention the meter count on the machine, the PM count or how long the machine was in storage? But go with the cheapest and fastest fixes first. PCDU's start to run you some serious dollars. In the early years (2010) these machines had some Laser Diode issues in production (but that should throw you SC codes).
