In North America we have FSD v3.0 supplied by TSRC, which is a Microsoft OneDrive folder synchronized to the local PC (laptop) of the field tech. Last I looked it was ~45GB of data.

To the OP's question, I have not ever seen a Ricoh reference outlining what parts are 'common'. Like engines may have different part numbers for a specific component and yet be fully interchangeable. AFAIK, all it takes is a change of vendor or material and a new part number is assigned, even if the same engineering CAD was supplied to the vendor (I am quite sure Ricoh does not make every part themselves).

I seem to remember a spread sheet at one time that listed all PM and other frequently replaced parts for all existing models. I cannot remember which were the columns and which the rows. You could lock the headers, find the part for a model then search that part number to see where else it is used.

Of coarse, it you have a part in your inventory and need to see what machine it belongs to, and then search that number on rfgesource to see what parts catalog it is listed in.
