    aficio 551 hange

    hello.
    i have this machine after i change the 2nd tray lift motor and switch on the machine it show on screen "please wait"app.time 5 minute.
    it hange just like that.the heater lamp not turning on.errror code also doesn't come out.

    i have recheck all of my wire connection but unfortunetly it still like that.
    so anythings else i can do to solve this problem?

      I would go back and carefully recheck all wires and plugs again. It could be coincidental, but I'm guessing that a plug is not quite sitting in the plug completely, or a connector has a bent pin or something.

      I thought this was related to a bad HDD or needing firmware when this model displayed this message, but I can't remember.

      Thoroughly recheck all wires/plugs first, since you were back there.

          On this model you had to remove the power supply to get access to the lift motor. You must have left a connector unplugged (tucked) behined the power supply.
