Savin C3004ex Check Application site

    Savin C3004ex Check Application site

    Hi All
    I have a Savin C3004ex that this morning popped the message "Information on a new application(s). Check the application site" I cannot clear this message, Does anyone know how to clear it from the op panel?

    Someone may have taken an application SD card.

      Waffle button (Nine dots to the right of the screen)
      Application site
      Look for something that may need updated

      Kind of like android or IOS, may have a check on the icon

        Our Ricoh tech for our territory mentioned that Ricoh just started pushing notifications out like this. My and another tech found out how to disable it. I made a document for the other techs which I've included but you go to Application site, Admin Options (if you dont see it log in as admin, it won't show if you have admin auth on and you aren't logged in as admin) then go to Managed Items and then Newly Arrived Update Notice and disable what you want. It shows when new apps show up in the site and if theres an update for an app (you can turn off both)
