    SP C821 Engine the same as a MPC3501?

    HI
    ARE THESE units interchangeable including ITB units and toner pumps?

      toner pumps are interchangeable, ITB units are different mpc3501 ITB.jpgspc821 ITB.jpg

          the pics are one wth cl unit upside vs the other.
          I know the belts are the same and maybe i would have to swap the top metal guides like i did on
          a spc830 ITB unit to fit a MPC3502.

              They are the same, minor mod to ITB swap TD sensors and may need to switch pin connection file connectors on PCDU.

                  I ve swapped the SPC430 drums in the mpc300/mpc401 series and swapped the td sensors to make it work.
                  Has anyone ever figured if they mess wth the wire harness or is it a totally different TD sensor with regard to
                  color printers vs color copiers?
