Problem in the printing of the EDGES RICOH MP301

    Hello friends. Greetings from Mexico.
I would like you to support me with a problem that I have, in a Ricoh MP 301, exactly on the edges of the printing or photocopying.

In the first image, it is an impression with edges at 1 cm on all sides, printed on an EPSON. You can see that if the impression matches the measurements that I assigned.

Now, the second image is an impression that is out of phase at the top and bottom edge. 1.3 cm and 0.7 cm so it does not match the measurements that I assigned on the computer. This happens for both prints and photocopies, either in tray 1 or bypass tray.

What can be the error? Is it a mechanical or configuration problem?

If the Epson is an inkjet, you are never going to be able to get the lead and trail edge on the MP 301 down to what the Epson can do without running the risk of fusing unit exit jams. Laser engines need at least 2mm lead void to prevent the paper from sticking to the fusing roller.
