Hey guys,
We have been seeing this at a regular rate where the waste bottle creates a squeak in the xx54 and xx55 series machines. A couple of our techs have just been swapping them out and throwing the squeakers away. You don't have to do this. All it is, is a little toner buildup on the auger shaft that goes into the front white bushing (usually). It's "impossible" to split these units and get the auger out (without breaking the seal). All you need to do is take the little foam seals off, pull all the little white clips, and pull the auger out as far as it will go on the front side. Clean the toner off the front side of the shaft, smooth it with fine grit or scotch brite, and reassemble.
Just a heads up on a simple fix.
