JAVA edc and std

Hi All,

Has anyone tried using the edc to update the firmware of the java?
I usually download the std and extract then copy to my SD card then simply plug in.

Now, if this EDC is supposed to be installed thru WIM, where do i install it? HDD or Flash memory?
