    scan file status

Reaching out in hopes someone might have input on this :

    • If you press Recall Setting History you see the last 20 emails that scans were sent to
    • If you press Scan File Status you see the entire device history and can print a hardcopy of it (our current configured setting is DO NOT PRINT: DELETE OLDEST)

Have you come across an sp mode or good user tool setting to turn off these buttons, or modify what you can see in them.

    Any input appreciated

Why do you want to turn them off?

If the customer doesn't want others to know where the file are scanned to, they can use scan to USB instead.

Agreed, and all of my machines are basically ONLY scanning to the addresses of staff members who then do with them what they want, so who cares.
If we are talking about users who are manually entering email addresses, and would prefer they be kept private, tell them to email to themselves and forward the message
I too, am interested in the reason

I agree. In this way they can also attach other files from their computer or memory devices.
