SC870 on MP4000

I don't have many of these in the field and the one I'm going to is a long drive. Had the customer powercycle the machine, even removing plug from the wall outlet. Of course, no such luck. Experience says formatting the drive will suffice, but lack of time on this particular model makes me ask for any related issues others may have seen.

1. Enter the SP mode
2. 5846-50 (Initialize All Addresss Book)
3. Torn off the machine and turn on the machine

you can try to format the address book data, but I would have an HDD on hand if its a long drive.
