Hello Kids! Trying to get some ideas... One of my accounts does taxes and she is reducing... for example 2 documents to 50% ...puts them in the ADF and for some reason the 2nd copy comes out a little lighter... And.....for some reason this bothers her alot !!! I have 3 machines at the office like this and tried the same thing with the same results....HMMMMMM .... Whatzzzzzup??? any ideas??? Thanks in advance for all your responses...I appreciate your insight much!!!!

What are the PM counts? Are they using Genuine Ricoh toner, developer and drum? When is the last time that you properly cleaned/replaced the developer roller. This model and its predecessors are notorious for having the developer roller getting coated with toner. There numerous threads dealing with the CQ problem with them.
