    MPC 2500 sc991

    Hi guys,
    We keep getting sc 991 on said machine, any ideas apart from firmware upgrade?
    Networking skills are advantageous but use of a 3m vacuum cleaner is essential

      I think thats where you have to start. Even if its up to date, reflash it.
      Latest is Engine L and System V

          I agree firmware has fixed sc991's in the field for me.

                  check your firmware and standby a HDD before that try to diagnose machine - press * n # .mc will print one report to show the error.

                      firmware has fixed sc991 and hear you have error sc 990 to 991 it will helpful for you.

                          Cheers for the info, i have reflashed all firmware and now monitoring the machine to see if it re appears, hopefully all will be ok, but many thanks for the quick responses.
