SOP panel question to change defaults.

I went to a newly installed MP C3003 wth a SOP panel and the SOP
panel "quick copy" is set to duplex.
Can i change the default to simplex?
Also how can i change which apps come on the home screen?

Not sure if it works with the quick copy or not as we always set the "Classic" screens for Copy, Print and Scanner. Once you set the copy screen to what you want there should be an option somewhere for Program then Set as default.

To get the "classic" screens click the Waffle button, square with 9 dots in it, Program, touch and hold the Classic option, drop the button where you want it, then choose which Classic app you want. From here you can change the copy screen as above.

Yes, the quick copy can be changed to single sided. We also change these machines over to the classic screen.

Hi there!
Change the settings (in the new apps), at the bottom of the SOP is a gear-like symbol. Push it, and then you can program it as standard.
