    [Misc] sr 5000 finisher compatible with mp7500

    i saw before ricoh mp7500 working on finisher sr5000. and i decided to do that on other machine. i already get finisher sr5000 and assembled with ricoh mp7500. but finisher not read. finisher do startup moves but not read on machine any clue......

    thank yo for replay my customer is working hard on machine .he can make 35k in one day those finisher very weak. so i wondering that saw that finisher sr 5000 working on mp7500 can yo tell me how. i will present some assums. first may be finisher pcb taken from ricoh 2090.second thing may be some dip switchs .or part number different. or firmware.

      OR, you can just install a finisher compatible with the machine.

        The SR 5000 is for use with Production level machines. MP 7500 is not a Production level machine.

        If your customer is making 35K a day, I would suggest that you get him a Production model. MP7500 recommend duty cycle is 300K per month. That is only 10K per day.

          previously i bring sr 8400 and worked for 7 month. but this kind of finishers make aweird problem. papers stop in exit section of finsher and half paper still insid finsher and another half out of finisher .clean all sensors.but no avail. but i realized.that plastic white rollman very bad.make overload on movment of finisher .that make finisher stop without any reason.i changed befor stacking section. and finisher run very good.in that case i will try to get this one . thanks gentel men

            35K per day! You would be doing full PM every 2 weeks. I hope you are charging big bucks.

              no we have full pm in the first season and another pm in half season.our customers is so different.this customer have 5 machines 6001 and 1 mp6500 .i have customer have 2 machines ricoh mp9000 running from 9 am until 12 am in next day.some day while i working on one of these .common electricity cable is blow up. his electrician make machines working one two electricity line. one blow up.mp9000 exhausted much more electricity.common cable melted
