    New SP C360SNw not going to sleep

    Hello

    Sorry if i miss something, first post here.

    I have a problem with a brand new SP C360SNw that refuses to go to sleep.

    What happens is that the panel shutdowns like it should and then it wakes up again immediately and beeps.

    I have tried updating the firmware with no luck plus entering the Android service mode and updating the available apps from it with no luck.

      What is the panel startup mode set to? If it's set to quick, set it to normal.
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

          Yes, it's set to normal startup mode, had to set it to normal to be able to update the android-firmware.

          And it makes no difference, i have contacted Ricoh Sweden and waiting for advice from their end as well.
