[Misc] Alignment of CMYK after Mem Clear on SP C360 plus missing paper sizes...

    Hello there,
Im facing a problem with my new bought printer....
I did a MEM Clear and due to that my alignment was totally off.
Due to a problem with admin login I had to find out how to be able to get into printer settings again and thus I tried everyting to RESET.
I never thought it would be a problem afterwards.

OK I found this topic here:
Ricoh MP C4500: how to align CMYK

and with SP 2111 I was able to reset the alignment - but one problem persits....
The printer is missing A4 and some other sizes on Tray one - but A4 is my main size!
Here you See tray vs bypass

I added via custom size but the printing starts way too much on the top
    like this:

I have to print with adjusted position - which is what I dont want...

So can you tell me how can I get the A4 size back and how can I reset the printing starting position so that I dont have to set an adjusted print position.
Where can I find the entries in SP mode for the Bypass tray?
Hope someone can help me out there?

This is the reason why you will find multiple recommendations on this site that you never do a memory "All" clear. Unless you have the birth certificate or a recent non default print, you are screwed. You were lucky that forced line position was able to pull the colors back into alignment. Usually they are too far out for it to handle, forcing you to have to do a manual adjustment.

As I am totally newbie with Ricoh I never faced such a problem....
Isn't it possible to upload the "original" setting from an sd card? - so If someone supplies me with this it should work?
I mean printer is working now perfectly but Paper Sizes missing and the starting position is messed up..
Or Can I find these settings by myself - if yes - where?
