    Ricoh MPC3500 SSL

    Hi
    is posible to enable SSL protocl in this MPC3500 12 years old MF copier? In UserMode or SrviceMode. I have problem with Scan to mail.

          Could try the following:

          SMTP server: relay.appriver.com
          Port: 2525
          SSL/STARTTLS: no
          Authentication: no
          Administrator email can be anything as long as to the right of the "@" is a valid domain. Surprisingly "@gmail" has not worked for us.

          This server is not 100% reliable. It does generally work. Emails sometimes are delayed. Emails sometimes go to junk box depending on filters.

              TLS NO, SSL Yes. You will have to install a site certificate through WIM. See attached for more information. For Firefox users, Google Internet Authority is now found under GlobalSign. How do I setup SMTP over SSL on a Ricoh Family group device.pdf
