Hello, please help me. I am using the ricoh 5100s, my machine says "out of paper" but the paper is still available. I have to restart Fiery to print. This error usually appears after I print 4 to 5 print jobs. When I printed Paper Tray 1 2 3, the bypass tray, LCT all had this error. Thank you.

At the time I retired 2 1/2 years ago there were 8 service bulletins dealing with problems with the tandem tray on this model. You might want to check that they have all been applied.
Also I remember have a problem on a couple of them where a setting for sending reports would cause it to report a network error that the machine to report that the tray the fax was configured to use improperly loaded. -

Is the machine's firmware up to date and the same for the patches on the Fiery?It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
