Go to Digital Business Services & Printing Solutions | Ricoh USA, point your cursor at Support and Download then click on Knowledge Base. In Knowledge Base select your model then search Print Volume Use Limitation. It will come up with about 150 documents. The 5 or 6 should have what you need.
When you go to the machine, Administrator login must be enabled and you must be logged in as the machine administrator The User Tools options you need will not be there.
For older machines that support Print Volume Use Limitation, you can use the JAVA app User_Account_Limit_v1.1.
