Pull out and remove left side of tandem tray so you can watch the feed operation. Here is what I have done on every last one of mine. I have skinned the rollers off of the hubs and substituted these. Pickup AF030049, Feed AF031098, Sep AF032098. What I found is the pickup roller tends to be the culprit. The AF030049 with the slots tends to kick the paper forward much better than the AF030090 original. Watch it and try it.

Are you thinking of MP C6503? aren't the rollers different diameters.

Please note tray 1 feed assy isn't the same as tray 2.
Any feed problems I also start with all 3 rollers and the limiter

If machine has done 700k you should replace by the way don't waste your time replacing one roller

Maybe I have the wrong number for the pickup roller, but if you skin it and put in the AF030049 roller on its hub, you will be surprised how much better it feeds. The other suggestions are great also like changing the torque limiter and all three rollers at once. But you did that with the new assembly. I would definitely try that AF030049 roller. It really is the roller that should be in there in the first place.

I went out there yesterday and found that when i manually lifted the tray the rear right side of tray was about 2mm lower than the front. i shimmed the rear as I could find nothing wrong with the cable or pulleys. I will update later as customer will run it for 4 hrs today doing their weekly job. Thanx to all for the responses.
