1) Print or copy?
2) have you cleaned the laser len(s)?
3) how many pages on all drum(s)/Dev/Belt?
4) pull drums.. see any lines on drum(s) and/or PCR(s)?
5) when was last certified service performed?
6) OEM Genuine Drum(s)/Toner?
7) can you post examples of the defects?

IFyou pulled drums,dev to inspect,IT BELT and it all looks good i would pull out the laser assembly
and clean all the glasses and exterior...
