    what issues are you having?

are you using compatible toner? (non-genuine OEM)

are you a tech or end user?

I wouldn't mess with toner concentration in the dev unit that is controlled by the TD sensor, screwing with that will cause problems.

    is the toner flaking off?

    what are your media settings.

ALL fuser setting will be included in your service manual

please post errors and copies of print problems

the copie is so dark and when the weather is cold, the fusing doesn't fix the toner very well on the paper, it is erased.
the toner is compatible, the copie is clean, no background.

Get your machine serviced by a trained tech, use OEM toner or update the dinosaur.

If you do not know how to get into service mode on this dinosaur, you should not be attempting to repair any Ricoh.
