    ricoh mp c4000

    I 'm working on ricoh mp c4000 that was given dack screen and I change one resistor R294 and it came well bet with head drive error I try to enter system mode it was not going so I have to remove the head drive and format it out of the copier and now I 'm getting error code 995-01.what can I do to clear this error?thanks in advance.

    NVRAM Replacement error
    1. Install the previous NVRAM.
    2. Input the serial number with SP5811-004, and turn the main power switch off/on.

    Defective BICU

    If you had a service manual you could have looked this up on your own.

      You might have a defective polygon mirror motor.
