Hi, I need your help, I have a ricoh Aficio Mp c2550 that does not allow me to enter any administrator, I wanted to delete the users but it does not allow me by the SP, and neither does the option of factory reset, I leave a photo the sp thanks.

Get out of SP mode you need to log on to user tools as admin to delete users.

If all you are wanting to do is clear out all existing address book entries, SP 5846-050 Initialize All Addr Book.

Next post address book cleared but now the colours don't line up haha

That is the problem, I do not have the supervisor or administrator password and I have already tried to leave it blank but it does not work.

I always go into factory service mode and use 5-846-46. Power off. then reset passwords at initial screen. This also deletes user address book data.

code 5-846-46 does not exist in the photocopier, attached video.

That SP only exists in Factory SP Mode and is not accessible from either normal or special SP. I will not post factory mode, the answer is already buried here several times over if you dig for it.

there are other ways to find the password using a hex editor.....
if i remember right sandy did it on a machine......
