Ricoh MP3054 toner recycling bracket replace or repair?

Ricoh MP3054 waste toner is backing up in the PCU and not making it to the waste toner box.
First time dealing with this, is that recycling bracket assy. repairable or do they just get replaced?
Also what kind of a nightmare is it getting that unit out?

just replace it.. what if it breaks again... your customer will NOT be happy.

Just replace the unit. The main pcu drive unit beside it isn't too bad, the waste toner unit is a little more involved mainly cause all the boards have to come out to get to the screws. Just be really careful when removing the boards especially the ribbon cables. Make sure to pull the pcu and the waste toner bottle as well.
