Since you included the finisher type in the post title, I have to ask. Have you disconnected the finisher and tried printing without it? If all is good, then you may have to adjust the angle of the finisher entrance guide. They get bent easily and will cause misfeeds.NEVER ASSUME ANYTHINGComment

The only tray that gives any trouble is the first tray which is letter long edge feed only. I ran it without the bridge and finisher with a small amount of wrinkling but no tear in the paper edge.Comment

If only happens on tray one would of been good to see some samples but could be feed rollers and limiterRegards Mark

Long edge first in another tray works without issue. All feed pulleys for that cassette have been replaced.Comment
