Ricoh mp7502 sc204 error

Hello friends!
I have a mp7502 machine. When I take print it gives a error and it has written auto reboot has been completed. When I check from sc history, it shows sc204. I changed Polygon mirror motor but the problem continues still. What is your advice for me please?

Try this remove the drum unit.Pull on the grounding spring on the rear of the drum unit to extend it a little.Then clean the frame where the spring contacts the frame,

this error means you macine cannot process signal on potantial sensor and potantial sensor processed referans on drum
OK?
you can change drum to fix this problem
