    hello Guys,

id like some advise on the developing units. Do you guys vacuum the developer out and reuse them or do you trash them and buy new ones upon expiration.

thank you in advance, you guys have been really helpful on everything.

AS a previous buyer from KATUN,THEY SUCK BIG TIME............

THERE is nothing difficult taking apart a 03 dev unit..
I dont see the need to buy new..
if you start dumping developer or machine keeps undertoning/overtoning i can see a new dev unit but
I feel these units can go 500k easy

What dev are you putting back in the 03 dev units? You can't buy individual dev bags can you? Or are you just putting in an older model such as 4501 or something...
I haven't reused a dev unit on an 03 model because they go way over life and aren't that pricey. But I am interested in knowing about your process of resuing them.
I also have a lot of 03 models in my show room (and the graveyard area) that were replaced even though they were low volume so I have had loads of spare parts to use over the past few years.

If you are not refilling them, then the question wasn't for you. I was asking fshead.
